Wine 4 Paws

wine 4  paws began in 2009, as the ideal way to spend a weekend - enjoy the central coast wineries  while helping homeless pets.

visit any participating tasting room or restaurant during wine 4 paws weekend, when they donate 10% of sales to woods humane society.

that's all there is to it. no tickets to buy. no advance registration (other than tasting reservations if needed.)

since its inception, wine 4 paws has partnered with hundreds of central coast wineries, breweries, olive oil producers, and restaurants to raise over $700,000 for homeless animals. 

​

Woods Humane Society was founded in 1955. today woods cares for over 3,000 cats and dogs each year at two facilities in san luis obispo county. woods also works with other rescue organizations in the area by offering a low cost spay and neuter clinic, as well as taking in animals from other shelters. woods provides the highest level of care to animals in need, until they can be united with a loving home.
